Detailed description of the works I want to build a 2+ bedroom house on a piece of land in the garden of my current property. I need the drawings to submit to local council to get planning permission. Works won't be carried out for 3 years +. Selling the house (minus the land) but want planning permission agreed in place before the house is put on the market so there are no issues or objections with the new owners of the house. I need an estimate of the cost involved in doing up these drawings, submitting them to the Council & addressing any queries from the Council in relation to same.
